Delivery types

Delivery with pre-delivery call to the recipient

We call the recipient before the delivery to clarify time and address. If you request, we will not tell that the present being delivered is flowers.

When executing an order during the holidays, we call the recipient in advance (one or several days before delivery), without disclosing information about the customer and the gift.

Delivery with no call, at an indicated period of time.

You can choose the time interval when your present will be delivered to the recipients' address.

In this case we do not make pre-delivery call to the recipient to keep the surprise.

Order delivery

Delivery to a hotel or work

If the bouquet is ordered to the address of a hotel or office center, we can guarantee delivery only to the reception, as the courier may be denied access to the room/office. For successful delivery of your order, please include the recipient's cell phone number and indicate a room/office number. If the recipient is absent from the workplace, the courier can leave the order with colleagues if they confirm that the recipient is at work that day.

Home delivery

The order is delivered to the recipient in person. In case of absence of the recipient, the order may not be left with neighbours.

The courier has arrived with a bouquet and the recipient is not there

We will call you immediately and will do our best to resolve the issue. The courier will wait for 15 minutes. If the recipient has not arrived, we will contact you to set the couriers' re-delivery time.

The re-delivery is chargeable. The re-delivery cost can be found by phone. 8 800 200-40-70. If you decide to reschedule the delivery to another day, when the flowers are no longer fresh, you will need to pay for a new bouquet.

Hint To make the delivery of the bouquet perfect, please plan the date, time and place of delivery of the bouquet in advance. Get to know the addressee’s plans on delivery day: where he/she is going to be and what he/she will do.

Incorrect delivery address or contacts

If the addressee’s contacts or phone number are incorrect/incomplete, your order delivery may be significantly delayed.

To avoid this situation, please make sure that all contact details are correct.

If the courier cannot find the address on the map, he will contact the recipient to ask for directions.

The bouquet was not delivered due to an obstacle (closed door or security post)

If the courier was not warned in advance about possible obstacles, there is a chance of re-delivery.

To avoid such a situation, when placing an order, please indicate details of access to the recipient, including intercom code, passing the security post or access control system, etc.).

Orders acceptance

We accept orders no later than one day before the expected delivery date. In some countries, florist shops do not work on weekends and during the public and religious holidays. In Muslim countries they are closed on Fridays. The possibility of delivery on the estimated date will be shown on the order checkout page.

When placing an order, indicate the recipient's phone number of a local mobile operator or a local landline number, so that foreign florists can contact the recipient if necessary.

Delivery time

A foreign courier can deliver a bouquet at any time during the entire delivery day. Therefore, if you want the bouquet to be delivered in the first or second half of the day, please contact us by phone 8 800 200-40-70, and we will clarify it with foreign florists.

Home address delivery

In case of absence of the recipient at delivery, the courier will leave the bouquet at the doorstep.

Order status

When your order is delivered, you will receive an SMS message or an E-mail report. Messages are sent to Russian numbers, provided that Russia was indicated as country in your contact details. Information about the delivery of the order to a non-CIS country will be sent within one business day.

You can track the status of the order in your personal account or clarify the order status with customer care staff.

Confidentiality

When delivering the order, the courier informs the recipient that the delivered bouquet has been paid for. We do not say the customers’ name and do not provide any other information. The flowers come with a free greeting card where you can specify any information.
