The product is of good quality

Changes in order

If for any reason You make changes to Your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will immediately accept change order request, provided that it was submitted before the goods were sent or prepared for dispatch. It is advisable to request changes 48 hours prior to the estimated delivery time.

Order cancellation

If the bouquet was already created by the florist delivering, the order cannot be canceled and there will be no refund.

If the bouquet was not yet created, You may cancel the order. We will provide full refund. However, if you paid for the order using a bank card, and three days since the payment was made have passed, we will refund only 90% of the order price.

In the event when the delivery was not performed due to a non-existent or incomplete address provided by the customer, no refund will be made, since flowers are perishable.

The product is of bad quality

Florist.ru selects partner-florists very thoroughly. We never ignore the comments and wishes of our customers. Loyal customers are the backbone of our business and we will do our best to make you one of them.

Guarantee bouquet replacement and refund

Should you have any concerns regarding the quality of flowers, you may contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery and we will replace the bouquet with a new one and eliminate the reason your concerns. The quality guarantee also applies to additional products.

To do it, please call our Customer care 8 800 200-40-70 (the call within Russia is toll-free) and tell the manager the order number or other data required to identify the order (name of the customer or recipient, delivery address). It may be necessary to return the bouquet to the courier for further proceedings (free of charge for the client).

In case of bad quality of flowers, you will be refunded in full or in part. The refund is performed in the same way as the payment was made (to a bank card, by courier, in the store) within 14 working days
