Discount FAQs
Personal discounts apply to flowers only. Coupon discounts (promotional codes) apply to the entire order except for shipping costs, unless conditions specify otherwise. Coupon discounts are not cumulative with other discounts and do not apply to special offers and bouquets marked with the "Special" sign.
If you have placed your orders before you entered under the automatic discount calculation, our system may not recognize some of them as placed by you. Please send us the order numbers that you believe as being not counted and we will add them. After all your orders appear in the registered user section, your discount will be automatically recalculated.
Before you place an order, you must:
Make sure your browser supports cookies (what cookies are – in the next question);
Log in as a registered user.
If you have placed an order without entering your username and password, or using a browser with cookies disabled, send us the order number, and we will manually mark the order as yours.
cookies Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive. We use cookies to determine where you came to our site from, how comfortable it was for you to navigate the site and find the products you need in order to subsequently improve the store structure and site navigation. Cookies do not contain any information about you or your system. If you disable cookies, you will still be able to place an order, but you will not be able to enjoy some of the benefits of a registered user. For example, our system will not be able to calculate and apply your discount.
